While I expected that our pilsner would turn out fine, I was a bit worried about this darker beer. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it in fact tased very good. I expect that it will only improve in flavor as it continues to age.

A Pleasant Surprise
Friday night, Lindsay and I tried our Sticky Wicket Oatmeal Stout.
While I expected that our pilsner would turn out fine, I was a bit worried about this darker beer. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it in fact tased very good. I expect that it will only improve in flavor as it continues to age.
